Gas Safety Checks

Test all gas appliances in the house including gas pressures to make sure appliances are running smoothly
Test the property gas line to make sure there are no leaks
Perform carbon monoxide testing to make sure appliances are not producing carbon monoxide
Conduct a negative pressure test (also known as a ‘Smoke Test’)
Include minor make-safe repairs
Deliver a full report with photos and model numbers and the carbon monoxide readings from the checks
Offer on-the-spot repairs or turn off faulty appliances until the fault or leak can be rectified
